Refund policy

1. Returns

We want you to love your jewellery! If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return most items within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, as long as:

- The item is unused and in its original condition

- All original packaging and tags are included

2. How to Return

To start a return, please contact us at:

We’ll guide you through the simple process and issue a return authorisation. Please do not send items back without approval.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you and process your refund.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.
Shipping costs will not be refundable.

4. Exchanges

If you’d like a different size, style, or colour, let us know, we’re happy to help with an exchange (subject to availability). If the new item is a different price, we’ll adjust accordingly.

5. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, piercing jewellery, earrings, and custom-made or personalised items cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.

6. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your jewellery arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll provide a replacement or full refund.
